We are experts when it comes to adding storeys to existing buildings and have experience undertaking this on buildings of various size and scale, for a number of different purposes

 

These extensions have served a number of purposes, including roof terraces, additional office space and additional residential space.

 

We have experience designing vertical extensions on a variety of building types, and are able to advise on the structural feasibility of adding storeys from earliest stages of a project. We  find reinforced concrete frames built between 1950 and 1990 are well suited to these applications.
