Substructure raft design for an innovative pre-fabricated SIPS system - the first of its kind in the UK.

This project required full temporary works design associated with the opening up of an exterior wall (for which the floor could not be loaded).

A full domestic renovation and significant extension to a mid-19th century cottage. Works involved removal of load bearing walls.
